The Greatest Gift, The Best Exercise is SEX !!!

In this generous world that the good Lord has provided for us consider the greatest gift we regularly and personally give each other ( even if we do not intent it as such): SEX
This is one of the most neglected questions in social science. We should devote more effort to diagnosing & fixing this problem. To inspire more precious - gift giving, let us review the HEALTH BENEFITS OF SEX:
- The best that modern science can say for sexual abstinence is that it's harmless when practiced in moderation!!
-In studies found in 2001...by having sex 3 times or more a week, men reduced their risk of heart or stroke by half.
- Sex burns about 200 calaries - thats the same as running 15 min. on a tredmill.
- Sex boosts production of testosterone, which leads to stronger bones, backs and muscles.
- Studies found that Sexual activity reduces depression.
- Immediately before an orgasm, levels of the hormone oxytocin surge to 5 times their normal level. This in turn releases endorphins; which alleviate the pain of everything from back pain to even a migraine.
- Sex promotes estrogen, which can reduce the pain of PMS. WHY DIDN'T THE DOCTOR TELL ME THIS WHEN I WAS YOUNG.
- Sex enhances the antIbody called emmanoglobutin A, which is know to boost the immune system.
- Better teeth -sex helps the delivery of mineral system containing zinc ,calcium and other minerals
- Studies show sex reduces prostrate cancer in men.
- BUT is there such a thing as too much SEX:
- if your a female the answer is probably not!!
- if your a male - you betcha...viagra & levitra has given men far more staying power than may actually be good for them!!
I also ponder why we neglect this as a research topic: It seems to me that The enjoyment of sex is seen as a " silly" topic not worthy of " serious " researchers.
So KINSEY is one of my Heros!!!!!

Excellent, thanks for the great info...very encouraging. I didn't know those things. I suspected there were health benefits but didn't really know. It is nice to realize how much of a gift loving is.
